Two Sundays ago (the 17th) the preparatory reading class met for the first time. The atmosphere was electric, full of excitement and anticipation. After preliminary introductions we dove into the scintillating world of early Irish history, during which I learned that the Irish actually used to have a rather pleasant commercial relationship with England and that Oliver Cromwell is Ireland's equivalent of Hitler.
Given the tardy nature of this post, I will leave it at that and try to do better next time. Cheers!
